Sharing Mammoth Love since 2017
Blue Mammoth started with a simple glazed doughnut. Then, a friend, upon hearing that a business was in the offing, requested a vegan doughnut so that her egg and dairy allergies would not stand in the way of enjoying our artisan goodness. Because we like freedom, we decided to make all of our doughnut offerings vegan. They are doughnuts. Just available to more people.
As the events and farmers’ markets passed by, there were other opportunities to offer food that more people can enjoy. By the end of the festival season of 2019, we had developed a menu with vegan and traditional options full of comfort foods that are healthier than your traditional festival fare, but still gorgeously delicious. Now in 2023, Blue Mammoth will be sharing more of this food in greater varieties than ever before. We look forward to meeting you and sharing the love.
